How long will it take to get my order?
DOMESTIC:
First Class: 7-10 Business Days
Priority Mail: 5-7 Business Days
INTERNATIONAL:
7-21 Business Days (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities).
Times are just an estimate, we cannot guarantee arrival dates.
I made a mistake on my order, can you make changes?
If your order has not shipped out yet, feel free to contact our customer service during business hours (M-F 9am-5pm PST). Please note, there is no guarantee we can make changes.
Can I make changes to my payment method once an order has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed you cannot make any changes to the payment method.
